Soft egg york

Today I after stocking up on eggs and deciding to cook miso soup…. I decided to try out the coolest egg.

OK, first put eggs into the fridge. Next boil water…. not wasting that, I cooked my noodles with it first 😛 Next boil the eggs for 6-8 minutes…. I took a rough estimate of 7. Dumped the hot water out and washed the eggs in tap water which is cold here. Peel!! Hmm looks good cos the egg was kinda squishy when lightly squeezed.

Moment of truth…. that’s dinner time actually making hot the miso soup and putting some beef balls besides the mushrooms and onions. And the end result when I opened the egg is…
